With the “Coffin,” my Signature Line introduces a design that steps outside traditional bounds: the crown of this western hat is distinctly six-sided, blocked into the clean silhouette of a coffin. This unique geometry gives the classic cowboy hat an independent, sharply contoured profile that immediately catches the eye.

Each hat is meticulously made by hand, crafted from the ground up using 100% beaver felt. This time-honored material is known for its fine, dense structure, offering natural, exceptional resistance while retaining its crisp shape over years of wear. Shaping the six clean edges of the coffin crown requires a steady hand and absolute precision at the workbench.
